Step-by-step instructions

  1. Allow notifications the first time you log in

    • Log in to app.salesscreen.com in your browser.

    • When the browser prompt appears asking to show notifications, click Allow.

  2. Check if you previously blocked notifications (Chrome)

    • Go to app.salesscreen.com in Chrome.

    • Click the lock icon to the left of the address bar.

  3. Turn notifications back on (Chrome)

    • In the site permissions popup, find Notifications.

    • Click the dropdown / toggle next to Notifications and select Allow.

    • Click the X to close the popup.

    • Refresh the page (press Ctrl + R or click Reload).

  4. Check your browser or OS notification settings

    • Open your browser’s Settings.

    • Go to Privacy and security → Site settings → Notifications (wording may vary).

    • Make sure notifications are allowed for app.salesscreen.com and not blocked globally.

    • In your computer’s system settings, confirm that browser notifications are allowed.

  5. Use other browsers (Firefox, Safari, Edge)

    • Firefox: Click the lock icon → look under Permissions → Send notifications and choose Allow.

    • Safari (macOS): Go to Safari → Settings/Preferences → Websites → Notifications, then allow app.salesscreen.com.

    • Edge: Click the lock icon → set Notifications to Allow, then refresh the page.

What if this doesn’t work?

  • I don’t see the lock icon in the address bar
Make sure you are on https://app.salesscreen.com. In most browsers, the lock (or shield/info) icon appears to the left of the URL. Click it to open site permissions.

  • The Notifications option is missing from site permissions
This can happen if your browser or operating system has notifications disabled. Open your OS notification settings (Windows/macOS) and enable notifications for your browser, then reload SalesScreen.

  • Notifications are allowed but still don’t show on screen
Check if Do Not Disturb / Focus mode is enabled on your computer or in your browser. Make sure your browser is allowed to show alerts and that SalesScreen is open in a tab.

  • I’m using Firefox/Safari/Edge and can’t find the setting
In Firefox, use the lock icon → Permissions section. In Safari, use Safari → Preferences/Settings → Websites → Notifications. In Edge, use the lock icon and then Permissions. If you’re still stuck, contact our support team.
