Role Company Admin or Board Owner

Prerequisites / who this applies to You must be a Company Admin or the owner of the dashboard board.

This article applies to desktop dashboard boards. Mobile boards and mobile widgets are managed separately.

Quick steps: move or rearrange a dashboard widget

Go to Dashboard in the left-hand menu.

Click More actions in the top-right corner.

Drag and drop the widget tile to change its position on the dashboard.

1. Go to Dashboard in the left-hand menu.
2. Open the dashboard you want to edit.
3. Click More actions in the top-right corner.
4. Click Arrange.
5. Drag and drop the widget tile to change its position on the dashboard.
6. Click Save.

Open the Dashboard that contains the widget you want to resize.

Find the widget and click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the widget.

The Resize Widget menu opens on the right-hand side of the screen.

Hover over the available size options to preview how the widget will fit on the dashboard.

Check that the new widget size works with the other dashboard widgets.

Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

1. Open the Dashboard that contains the widget you want to resize.
2. Find the widget and click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner of the widget.
3. Click Resize.
4. The Resize Widget menu opens on the right-hand side of the screen.
5. Hover over the available size options to preview how the widget will fit on the dashboard.
6. Click the size you want to use.
7. Check that the new widget size works with the other dashboard widgets.
8. Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

The widget will now use the new size on the dashboard.

The dashboard layout looks different on mobile Mobile boards are separate from desktop dashboard boards. Create and arrange mobile widgets separately to control the mobile layout.

My widgets return to their previous position Make sure you click Save before leaving Arrange mode. If you close the panel or leave the dashboard without saving, your widget changes may not be kept.

I cannot drag and drop a widget Confirm that you are the Board Owner or have Company Admin access. Then refresh the page and try again.

Some widgets are missing from the Arrange panel Make sure you opened the correct dashboard board. If widgets are still missing, check whether they have been deleted or moved by another admin.

I cannot resize a widget Check whether the widget type supports resizing in the current dashboard layout. If no resize control is available, you may only be able to change the widget position.

You can move, rearrange, and resize dashboard widgets by opening the dashboard, selecting More actions → Arrange, dragging and dropping widgets into position, adjusting their size where available, and saving the layout.
