How can I enable or disable Battle Mode for myself in SalesScreen?

You enable or disable Battle Mode from your Profile settings → Privacy tab by toggling the Battle Mode switch on or off.

Prerequisites

  • Battles are available in your company’s plan

  • You can access your Profile settings


Step‑by‑step instructions

Step 1 – Open your profile settings

  1. Click your name in the top‑left corner of SalesScreen.

  2. Click the cogwheel icon to open Profile settings.


Step 2 – Update your Battle Mode preference

  1. In Profile settings, go to the Privacy tab.

  2. Scroll down to Battle Mode.

  3. Toggle the switch:

    • On (green) – other users can send you Battle invites, and you can participate in Battles.

    • Off (gray) – you will not be available for any new Battles.

Your choice controls whether you are included in any future Battles.


What if this doesn’t work?

I can’t find the Battle Mode option

  • Battles may not be enabled for your company, or your version of SalesScreen may not include Battles. Ask an Admin or your Customer Success contact to confirm.

I turned Battle Mode off but still see an old Battle

  • Turning Battle Mode off prevents new invites; existing Battles may still appear until they end or are cancelled.
