How does the Celebration Popup work in SalesScreen?

Interact with activity from the feed the moment it happens.

One‑sentence answer
The Celebration Popup highlights activity from your feed in real time, following your feed’s settings, and you can choose to mute it or personalize your own celebration.

What you need

  • You must be logged in to SalesScreen in your web browser.

What the Celebration Popup shows

  • The popup mirrors your feed settings – anything that appears in your feed can be surfaced in the Celebration Popup.

  • Depending on your account configuration, you may see:

Whenever one of these events happens, the popup appears so you can interact with it in the moment.

Why do others have YouTube videos but I only see a simple animation?

  • Every user can customize their personal celebration in their profile.

  • If you only see the default animation, it usually means you haven’t set a YouTube celebration video yet.

  • To change this:

    • Go to your Profile settings.

    • Open the section for personal celebration.

    • Add a YouTube link and save.

Once saved, your own celebrations will use your chosen video (if your company’s settings allow YouTube). If YouTube is blocked on your network, SalesScreen will fall back to built‑in animations.

How to mute the Celebration Popup

You can mute celebrations in two ways:

  1. Directly from the popup

    • When the popup appears, click the mute icon to stop it from playing for you.

  2. From your profile settings

    • Go to your Profile in SalesScreen.

    • Open the Celebrations tab.

    • Adjust your settings to mute or change how often you see celebrations.

This only affects what you see; it doesn’t turn off celebrations for other users. Why do others have YouTube videos, but I only see a simple animation?

That is normal.

  • Every user can set their own celebration in profile settings.

  • Some people add a link to a YouTube video.

  • If you have not set one, you will see a simple default animation.
