How do I use my coins in the Reward Shop in SalesScreen?
To use your coins, go to the Rewards page in SalesScreen, browse the Reward Shop to find a prize you want, and redeem it using the coins you have available.
Prerequisites
Applies to: All roles (End user, Manager, Admin).
Go to the Rewards page in SalesScreen.
In the Reward Shop section, browse the list of available rewards.
Check how many coins each reward costs and compare it to your current balance.
Click the reward you want to redeem.
Review the reward details and confirm that you want to spend your coins.
Complete any required steps defined by your company (for example, providing a delivery address or confirming pickup instructions).
Wait for a Reward Shop admin to review and accept your reward request. You will receive the reward according to your company’s internal process once it has been accepted.
What can I do in the Reward Shop?
View all rewards that are currently available.
See how many coins each reward costs.
Redeem rewards using the coins you have earned.
Rewards are usually created and managed by Account Owners, Company Administrators, or Reward Administrators, who can add, edit, or remove rewards from the shop.
How do I suggest a new reward?
If you have an idea for a new reward (for example gadgets, gift cards, or fun perks like “office DJ for a day”):
Go to the Rewards page.
Click the green + Suggest reward button in the top-right corner.
Fill in the name, description, and any other relevant details.
Click Submit.
An Admin or Reward Administrator will review your suggestion and decide whether to add it to the Reward Shop.
How do I see how many coins I have?
Use the Earnings tab on the Rewards page to see your personal coin history. Here you can view:
Coins you’ve earned from competitions, achievements, endorsements, and activities.
Coins that were gifted to you.
All purchases you’ve made in the Reward Shop.
Use this tab to track how many coins you have left and how you’ve spent them over time.
What if this doesn’t work?
I can’t see the Rewards page or Reward Shop
Check with an Admin to confirm that the Rewards feature and Reward Shop are enabled for your company, and that your user has access to it.
I don’t see any rewards available
It may be that no rewards have been created yet. Ask an Account Owner, Company Administrator, or Reward Administrator to add rewards to the Reward Shop.
My coin balance looks wrong
Open the Earnings tab and review your recent coin earnings and purchases. If something still looks incorrect, share a screenshot and the relevant dates with an Admin so they can investigate your setup.
