Turn game rewards into real rewards. Customize your Reward Shop so your teams can spend their well-earned coins and turn them into real prizes they actually want!
The SalesScreen Reward Shop is where users, who earn coins during competitions, endorsements, achievements and activities, can spend their coins on different products uploaded by admins or managers. SalesScreen customers usually upload several products to start with, so there are a variety of prizes to keep each team member motivated.
You can build your Reward Shop within SalesScreen and set it up by adding your own rewards or select from our suggestions. You can set up individual rewards with a coin value, the actual company cost of the reward, the quantity available, and restrict the availability both on time period and to selected teams within the SalesScreen platform. You are also able to add customized drop-downs or text fields for the users to fill out, if you need to know a users preferred size or color, or you need their address to send the selected reward.
Adding Rewards
Step 1:
Click on the Rewards Module on the left hand navigation
Step 2:
Click on the green + New Reward button in the top right hand corner. This will open up the page seen below.
Step 3:
Select a reward from one of our Suggestions or add a new reward to the shop by adding the information requested on the page. We have an integration with Tango Card which means that you can automate the process of gift cards in the reward shop. Read more about it here. Details on each field are below:
Image: You can use one of the pre-populated images or upload your own and this will display in the Rewards Shop.
Title: This is the name of the Reward you want to appear on the Reward Shop for your users
Description: This is the information you want to show beneath the Title and Image of the Reward in the Rewards Shop. See below.
Featured: Check this box if you want the Reward to be displayed above the Reward Shop gallery
Show on Screen and Feed: Check this box if you want this reward, when redeemed, to be displayed on the Feed and Screens
Select Category: Here you can Add a category or add a reward to an existing category. Examples of categories are: Company Swag, Gift Cards, Work Supplies, Experiences. A user will then have the option to filter the rewards by selecting the Category under the featured Rewards in the Rewards Shop, see below.

Company Cost: Add the true cost of the reward to the company.
Coins: Add the cost of the Reward in coins for the end users that are able to redeem.
Enable Auto-Approval: Turn this feature on if the rewards can be automatically approved once an end user redeems the reward. No need for an admin to manually approve.
Limit Quantity: This will limit how many of this reward are available for the entire organization. If you set a limit of 1, once one person redeems this reward and it is approved, this reward is no longer available.
Purchase Limit: This will limit how many times an individual is able to purchase this specific reward during a specific time period. If you set the limit to 2 and the time period to quarterly, if a user tries to redeem this reward a third time within the same quarter, they will not have the ability to.
Limit Period: Here you will be able to select if this reward will only be available for a specific period of time. This is great to use when you want to push out a larger reward for your users in order to help reach a specific company goal.
Limit Team Access: By selecting a Team(s) only this Team(s) will be able to see and redeem this reward in the Reward Shop.
Additional Fields: This will help you collect information specific to the reward. For example, if you have a t-shirt available you may want to use these fields to capture size, color and mailing address. You have the option of a textfield r dropdown field and will be limited to 3 fields (any combination of text or dropdown). You can also make the field(s) required in order to redeem the reward.
