How can I embed a dashboard?dashboard

You can embed a SalesScreen web board (dashboard) inside another system (for example an intranet or BI portal) by enabling embedding on the board and using its embed link.

Prerequisites / who this applies to
You must have Full company access in SalesScreen and be able to open Dashboard → Manage Boards.


Step 1 – Open Manage Boards

  1. In the left‑hand sidebar, click Dashboard.

  2. In the top‑right corner, click Manage Boards.

Step 2 – Edit the board you want to embed

  1. In Manage Boards, make sure you are on the Web boards tab.

  2. Click the category that contains the dashboard you want to embed (for example 1. Oslo).

  3. On the board you want, click the three dots (…) and choose Edit.

Step 3 – Enable embedding

  1. In the board settings, scroll to the Board access section.

  2. Turn on the Embeddable toggle.

  3. Click Save (if shown) to confirm your changes.

Step 4 – Get the embed link

  1. Back in Manage Boards, find the same board again.

  2. Click the three dots (…) on that board.

  3. Select Show embed details.

  4. Copy the embed URL or code shown there.

  5. Paste this embed URL/code into the external system where you want to display the dashboard.

Your dashboard is now ready to be embedded and viewed outside of SalesScreen (access will still depend on how you configure the external system).


What if this doesn’t work?

I don’t see Manage Boards or the Web boards tab
You may not have full company access or permission to manage boards. Ask a Company Admin to check your access or to enable embedding for you.

I can’t find the Embeddable toggle
Make sure you are editing a Web board, not an App board or TV board. If the toggle is still missing, contact SalesScreen Support.

The dashboard doesn’t show up in the external system

  • Confirm you used the correct embed URL/code from Show embed details.

  • Check whether the external system has its own restrictions (for example, only HTTPS URLs, or domain allow‑lists).

  • If your company uses IP restrictions or SSO, make sure the viewers of the embedded dashboard have permission to access SalesScreen.
