What we Can pull:

Our NextCom integration supports the following metrics:

  • Call data: Quantity of calls, Call direction, Call Duration

  • Order Lines: Product Name,,Product category name, Statusname, customer name, Value, accepted date

  • Offer order lines: Product Name,,Product category name, Statusname, customer name, Value, accepted date

  • Product Category: Product category, Status, Value, customer, points,accepted date

Meetings:

  • Meeting type

  • Feedback Status

  • Date created

  • Meeting date

To be able to connect the users and the system, you have to add mapping to the user through this page - look at this guide as well.
