The Team Profile is accessible to both managers/admins and end users, with the content and functionality tailored to each role’s access rights. Managers gain a comprehensive view that consolidates key information about their team. This provides managers with a centralized hub where they can review ongoing activities, monitor progress, and access current updates—all in one place.

FAQ

Privacy

Q. How are the privacy settings on the profile controlled?

Profile privacy is controlled by the company’s settings under: ManageSettings → Privacy.

  • All users can view the Game Stats page for any team and search for teams, unless the ‘disable profile page’ setting is enabled. When enabled, no single user cannot search for other users or teams, nor view their profiles

  • Gamification settings determine whether a user can view the Team Info and Key Metrics pages.

  • Data settings define what information is visible on the Key Metrics page. Without access, users only see the anonymised team leader and their value. With access, they can view the full leaderboard and the User Breakdown pop-up.

  • All Managers (team, department and company) for the team in question and Company Admins, Executive Admins and Account Owners will have access to the Insights AI and Adoption pages.

Q. How do the access rights vary per role based on the privacy settings?

You can view access rights by role by downloading the PDF at the bottom of this article.

      • Admins (not inc-module admins) and Managers will be able to view Game Stats, Team info and Key Metrics page for every team in the company.

      • End users will be able to view the Game Stats page for every team in the company. While they will only be able to view the Team Info and Key Metrics page for their team’s profile.

  • Data

    • Admins -> Users in their department

      • Admins (not inc-module admins) and Managers will be able to view the top three performers for each Key Metric, while also being able to open the User Breakdown pop-up which displays the performance of everyone in that team.

    • Users -> Only themselves

      • End users will only be able to see the Anonymised Leader on the Key Metrics page, and no information about individuals in the team.

  • All Team Profiles:

    • Search for their name in the search bar

    • Click the team name in the feed or anywhere on the platform

    • Can switch between teams within the same department from the dropdown next to the Team’s Name in the profile.

    • In the banner on your profile, stating your team

Game Stats

Q. What period do these statistics reflect?

You can determine the period you are looking at by modifying the date settings on the top right of the page.

Q. Why can I click on some widgets and not others?

Some of the widgets we provide statistics for have global modules, e.g. Competitions, Achievements, Battles and Rewards. That said, Missions and Endorsements do not currently have a global page, therefore, we cannot redirect you to view the global page for these modules.

Key Metrics

Q. How can I change which KPI’s are being shown?

The KPI’s shown on the Key Metrics page are based on the Primary and Secondary Key Metrics attached to a team. These can be changed via: Manage → Organization and navigating to the team you wish to change the Key Metrics for.

Q. How can I tell which KPI’s have targets?

KPIs configured with targets are visualized as circles, indicating progress toward the defined target.

KPIs without targets are displayed as semi-circles, where performance is measured against the immediately preceding period. If current performance exceeds the previous period, the current value is set as the endpoint, and the previous value is repositioned backward along the semi-circle in relation to the new result.

Q. Who can view the Top Performers?

Only those with access to the data for this team can view the top performers. Data restrictions are controlled in Manage → Settings → Privacy.

Q. Why can’t I see the User Breakdown option?

The User Breakdown pop-up is also limited to those with access to the data for that team. Therefore, if you can’t see the Top Performers, you also won’t be able to see the option to click on the User Breakdown pop-up.

Q. Can I change the timeline on the User Breakdown pop-up?

Yes, you can adjust the date configuration by selecting a different period in the top-right corner. You can also change how the breakdown is displayed—options range from daily to quarterly intervals, depending on the selected date range.
