đ This article is for: Company Admins and Managers who have already connected SalesScreen to Claude or ChatGPT.
â Available on: Scale, Pro and Enterprise.
Once SalesScreen is connected, you just ask in plain language. Copy any of the prompts below and change the names, teams and metrics to match your own.
Automate your setup work
Hand off the setup tasks that take time every week.
"Set up a sales competition for each Monday in October."
"Launch a kickoff competition for every team in the Sales department."
"Split my reps into top, middle and bottom performers based on last month, and set up a competition for each group."
"Set up a competition where everyone's goal is 10% above their own number from last week."
"Plan a Shark Week: a team competition, a ramp mission for our newest reps and a few 1-vs-1 battles."
"Turn the action items from my 1:1 with Jake into a mission for him."
"Send Sarah an endorsement with 50 coins for closing the Acme deal."
Combine SalesScreen with your other tools
Your assistant can use SalesScreen together with other tools you've connected to it. These prompts only work if that other tool is connected in the same assistant.
"A new rep starts Monday. Set up their 30/60/90 ramp mission." â needs your HR system.
"Build today's competition for whoever is working this week." â needs your scheduling tool.
"Post my team's results from yesterday to our Slack channel." â needs Slack.
"Email my manager a summary of the team's week." â needs your email.
Analyse and share results
Get answers without building a report, and drop them straight into the doc or deck you're working on.
"Pull this week's leaderboard into my Monday meeting deck."
"Which of last quarter's competitions actually moved the numbers?"
"When was Sarah's best week this quarter?"
"How is the Sales department doing on its key metrics this fiscal quarter?"
"What does Scout suggest I focus on with my team this week?"
"Add last month's competition results to my report for leadership."
Build metrics and boards
"Create a metric for total deal value from inbound leads."
"Make a mobile board showing this month's calls leaderboard."
Make it recurring
SalesScreen doesn't need to be set up for repeat tasks â your assistant handles the schedule. If your assistant supports scheduled tasks, you can ask things like:
"Every Monday, sort the team into A, B and C leagues based on last week's results and start a competition for each league."
"Every morning at 9, post my team's performance to our Slack channel."
Tips for better results
Use the names you see in SalesScreen for teams, departments and metrics.
Ask for a preview first â for example, "Show me what you'd set up before you create it."
Not sure what's available? Ask "Which metrics and teams can you see?"
What it can't do yet
Log or register activities.
Anything to do with rewards, like your Reward Shop, wallet balance or redemptions.
Edit or delete competitions, missions or battles that already exist â do that in SalesScreen.
Manage users, teams, roles or settings.
Manage TV screens or playlists.
What if this doesn't work?
It can't find a team, person or metric: use the exact name from SalesScreen, or ask it to list what it can see first. It can only see what you have access to in SalesScreen.
It created something that isn't quite right: open it in SalesScreen to edit or delete it, then try again with a more specific prompt.
ChatGPT answers but won't create anything: creating things needs ChatGPT Business, Enterprise or Edu. See the setup article below.
