Textual Presentation controls the text that appears in the Feed and on TV screens when activities are celebrated. You can customize the wording per activity type and use different text for Feed and TV.

Step 1: Open Activity Types

  1. Click Manage in the bottom‑left corner of SalesScreen.

  2. In the menu that appears, click Activity Types under the Company section.

Step 2: Open the Textual Presentation editor

  1. Find the activity type you want to edit.

  2. Click the settings (gear) icon next to that activity type.

  3. In the header, click Textual presentation.

Step 3: Customize the text

Under Textual Presentation, you can define how the activity is described:

  • There are two text boxes:

    • One for the Feed

    • One for TV screens

  • Type your own text in each box, using any language you prefer.

  • Use the + buttons to insert activity fields (such as user name, value, metric) into the text.

You can create different wording for the Feed and TV if you want them to look or sound slightly different.

Step 4: Preview your changes

As you edit, use the built‑in preview to see how the text will appear:

  • In the Feed preview

  • On TV screens when an activity of that type is reported and celebrated

Once you’re happy with how it looks, save your changes.
