It may happen that you forget your password, therefore not being able to login into SalesScreen. To create a new password, go to the login page and click on Forgot your password?.
Next, enter the email address you use to login to SalesScreen and an email will be sent with instructions on how to reset your password. Note that this reset password link is only valid for 24 hours. Click on the Reset Password link in the email.
Enter the new password of your choice.
Note that for security reasons, your password must follow certain rules to ensure that it is strong enough. Your password must:
Be at least 12 characters long

Click on Reset Password to save your new password.
If you receive an Invalid token error message, simply restart the process from the beginning.
Otherwise, once you see the Password updated message, click on Back to Login to go to the login page and login with your new password.
