How does it work?
Strava works a bit differently from other integrations in SalesScreen. Each user owns their Strava data, so every user must personally connect their Strava account and give SalesScreen permission to read their activity. Once a user has authenticated, their Strava data flows into SalesScreen in real time.
As an admin, your job is to activate and authorize the Strava integration for the company so users can connect their own accounts.
Step 1: Activate the Strava integration
Go to Manage in the left-hand sidebar navigation.
Click Settings β Integrations.
Find Strava in the list and click to open it.
Turn the integration On / Activate for your company.
This makes Strava available so users can start connecting their own accounts.
Step 2: Authorize Strava for your company
In the Strava integration view, click Authorize (or similar authorization button).
This step authorizes the connection between SalesScreen and Strava as a system, after this is finished the users can manage their integration like this:
