We've released new Custom Feeds!

The new Feed update allows for a fully customized experience. Create separate feeds for different teams, or regions, and customize what activities you want to highlight, from birthdays to closed deals.

We created custom feeds to help mitigate feed fatigue. While we know social feeds are fun, however, when the feed is just too overwhelming, packed with too much information, and none of it relevant to you, users lose interest. Feed fatigue means reps won’t want to like or comment, instead they’ll simply ignore posts and scroll on. In order for the social feed to be successful, it’s important that the content actually matters to the people that are seeing it.

To help mitigate feed fatigue with your teams we wanted to give you the tools to create feeds filled with information that matters most to your reps. We hope you love it as much as we do!
