Reward Shop
On the Rewards page, the first thing you’ll see is the Reward Shop. This is where you can:
View all rewards currently available
See how many coins each reward costs
Redeem rewards using your coins
Rewards are usually created by users with Account Owner or Company Administrator access. In some companies, a dedicated Reward Administrator can also manage the Reward Shop (add, edit, or remove rewards).

Suggesting rewards
Different people are motivated by different prizes—anything from gadgets and gift cards to fun perks like “office DJ for a day” or “coffee delivered by a teammate.”
If you have an idea for a new reward:
Go to the Rewards page.
Click the green + Suggest reward button in the top‑right corner.
Fill in the details for your suggestion (name, description, etc.).
An admin or reward administrator can then review your suggestion and decide whether to add it to the Reward Shop.
Earnings
The Earnings tab on the Rewards page shows your personal coin history:
Coins you’ve earned (from competitions, achievements, endorsements, activities)
Coins that were gifted to you
All purchases you’ve made with your coins in the Reward Shop
Use this tab to keep track of how many coins you have left and how you’ve spent them.
Coins setup (for admins)
Only Account Owners, Company Administrators, or Reward Administrators can configure the coins budget and overall coins setup for your company.click here.
