On the Rewards page, the first thing you'll stumble upon is the Reward Shop, where you can see a range of prizes you can spend your coins on.

The rewards are usually added by users who have "account owner" or "company administrator" permissions. However, if you are neither an account owner or company administrator, but were appointed as the "reward administrator" you should also be able to manage the reward shop in your account.

We always encourage users to suggest rewards to because different team members are motivated by different types of prizes, whether it's a new smartphone or a duffle bag, or little treats like being the office DJ for the day or having a teammate bring you a cup of coffee... and so on.

Whenever you have an idea for a reward, click on the green + Suggest reward button on the top right corner and add the details for your suggestion.

The Earnings tab in the Rewards page is where you can see a history of your earnings (coins earned or gifted to you), as well as all the purchases you've made with your coins!

Only account owners, company administrators, or reward administrators are able to set up the coins budget. For more information on the coins budget, click here.
