How do I use my coins in the Reward Shop in SalesScreen?

You use your coins by going to the Rewards page, choosing a prize from the Reward Shop, and redeeming it using the coins you have available.

Prerequisites

  • Rewards and the Reward Shop are enabled for your company

  • You have earned coins in SalesScreen


Step‑by‑step: Use your coins in the Reward Shop

  1. Open the Rewards page
    In SalesScreen, go to the Rewards page.

  2. Browse the Reward Shop
    In the Reward Shop section, browse the list of available rewards.
    Check how many coins each reward costs and compare it to your current balance.

  3. Select a reward
    Click the reward you want to redeem.
    Review the reward details and make sure you are happy with the price and conditions.

  4. Redeem your reward
    Confirm that you want to spend your coins on this reward.
    Complete any required steps defined by your company, for example:

    • Providing a delivery address

    • Confirming pickup instructions

    • Adding any extra information in the form

  5. Wait for approval and delivery
    A Reward Shop admin reviews and accepts your reward request.
    You’ll receive the reward according to your company’s internal process once it has been accepted.


What can I do in the Reward Shop?

In the Reward Shop you can:

  • View all rewards that are currently available

  • See how many coins each reward costs

  • Redeem rewards using the coins you have earned

Rewards are usually created and managed by Account Owners, Company Administrators, or Reward Administrators, who can add, edit, or remove rewards from the shop.


How do I suggest a new reward?

If you have an idea for a new reward (for example gadgets, gift cards, or fun perks like “office DJ for a day”):

  1. Go to the Rewards page.

  2. Click the green + Suggest reward button in the top‑right corner.

  3. Fill in the name, description, and any other relevant details.

  4. Click Submit.

An Admin or Reward Administrator will review your suggestion and decide whether to add it to the Reward Shop.


How do I see how many coins I have?

Use the Earnings tab on the Rewards page to see your personal coin history. Here you can view:

  • Coins you’ve earned from competitions, achievements, endorsements, and activities

  • Coins that were gifted to you

  • All purchases you’ve made in the Reward Shop

Use this tab to track how many coins you have left and how you’ve spent them over time.


What if this doesn’t work?

I can’t see the Rewards page or Reward Shop
Ask an Admin to confirm that the Rewards feature and Reward Shop are enabled for your company, and that your user has access.

I don’t see any rewards available
It may be that no rewards have been created yet. Ask an Account Owner, Company Administrator, or Reward Administrator to add rewards to the Reward Shop.

My coin balance looks wrong
Open the Earnings tab and review your recent coin earnings and purchases.
If something still looks incorrect, share a screenshot and the relevant dates with an Admin so they can investigate your setup.
