Step‑by‑step instructions
Step 1 – Open Screens
On the left side of SalesScreen, under the Other section, click Screens.
Step 2 – Go to the Slides tab
At the top of the Screens page, click the Slides tab.
You will now see a list of all your slides.
Step 3 – Find your slide
Scroll through the list or use Search, the Type filter, or the Playlists filter to find the slide you want to preview.
Step 4 – Open the preview
On the right side of the slide row, click the three‑dots menu.
From the menu, click Preview.
A preview window will open and show how the slide will look on a screen.
What happens next
You can review the design and data on the slide.
When you are done, click outside the preview or close the window. You will return to the Slides list, and no playlists are changed.
What if this doesn’t work?
I can’t see “Screens” in the menu
Screens may not be enabled for your organization, or your role does not have access. Ask a Company Admin to check your Screens settings and your permissions.I don’t see the “Slides” tab
Make sure you are on the Screens page and click the Slides tab at the top (you might currently be on another tab such as Playlists).The “Preview” option is missing from the menu
Confirm that you are logged in as a Company Admin or Screen Admin. If not, ask an admin with the correct permissions to preview the slide or update your role.
