You are a Company Admin or the owner of the board
You are editing a desktop board (mobile boards are arranged separately)
Step‑by‑step instructions
Step 1 – Open the correct board
In the left‑side menu, click Dashboard.
Open the board you want to rearrange.
Step 2 – Enter Arrange mode
In the top‑right corner of the board, click More actions.
Click Arrange.
A panel opens on the right.
Step 3 – Reorder widgets
In the Arrange panel, you’ll see all widgets as tiles.
Drag and drop the tiles to change their order.
The board layout updates in real time as you move them.
Step 4 – Save your new layout
When you’re happy with the order, click Save at the bottom of the Arrange panel.
The board now uses your new widget order.
What if this doesn’t work?
The layout looks different on mobile
Mobile layouts are separate from desktop. Create and arrange mobile widgets and boards to customize the mobile view.
Widgets snap back to their original position
This usually means Save wasn’t clicked. Rearrange the widgets again and click Save before leaving Arrange mode.
The board doesn’t update while I drag widgets
Refresh the page. If it still doesn’t update in real time, clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
Some widgets are missing from the Arrange panel
Confirm you’re on the correct board. If widgets are still missing, they may have been deleted; check with other admins who manage that board.
