What happens next

Your changes apply to your own SalesScreen user profile. Depending on what you update:

  • Your name, nickname, profile image, language, or theme may change immediately

  • Birthday or hire date may trigger future celebrations if enabled by your admin

  • Privacy settings control where your reports and activity appear

  • Security settings affect how you log in

  • Notification settings control when SalesScreen sends alerts to you

What if this doesn't work?

I can’t upload or change my profile picture
Make sure the image is a supported format, such as JPG, PNG, or GIF, and try using a smaller file if the upload fails.

My birthday or hire date doesn’t trigger a celebration
Check that the dates are saved correctly in the Profile tab. If they are, ask your admin to confirm that birthday and work anniversary celebrations are enabled.

I changed my language or theme, but nothing changed
Refresh the page after saving. If you selected System theme, SalesScreen follows your computer’s system appearance.

I can’t change my email address
Users normally cannot change their own login email. Contact your admin or manager to update your email address.
